Orlando’s Homestead Candles provides handmade, small‑batch candles crafted with 100% natural soy wax and cotton wicks. By using this website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Handmade Variations & No‑Additive Disclaimer

Our candles are made without chemical additives such as bleaches, UV inhibitors, stabilizers, or synthetic hardeners. Because we keep our candles clean and non‑toxic, natural variations in appearance may occur. These may include differences in color, frosting, or texture from one candle to another. These variations are normal and do not affect scent throw, burn quality, or performance.

Product Use & Safety

For your safety and the safety of your home, please follow all candle‑burning guidelines:

  • Keep all open flames away from natural gas sources, vents, and appliances.

  • Do not place candles near curtains, bedding, paper, or other flammable materials.

  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Always burn candles on a stable, heat‑resistant surface.

  • When your candle reaches the bottom of the jar, place it on a heat‑resistant coaster to protect surfaces.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop use if the flame becomes too high or the jar becomes excessively hot.
